Clearwire shareholders approve acquisition by Sprint

Shareholders of Clearwire Corp. voted Monday to approve Sprint's bid to acquire the remaining shares in Clearwire (NASDAQ: CLWR) that it does not already own. Sprint will pay $5 per share to buy 49 percent of the Kirkland company.
