Oregon's governor expects a full federal investigation into the Union Pacific train derailment near Mosier, but residents and environmentalists rallied this weekend to say "no" to oil trains altogether.

In April, Oregon's parks department stopped negotiations with the train company — whose oil train derailed and caught fire Friday near Mosier — to expand capacity to relieve a bottleneck in the Columbia River Gorge.
