The head of Mukilteo machine and robotics firm Electroimpact has done a mass mailing of postcards alerting local residents to planned construction of a mosque. He said he is exercising free speech.

In lawsuit filed with a federal court in Seattle, Microsoft claims the federal government is violating the U.S. constitution by seeking to prevent companies from disclosing information about warrants to customers.

Zillow CEO testifies he punished exec, denies trade secret violations

Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff said in Wednesday testimony that he put an executive on an unpaid two-week leave related to the Move lawsuit. Rascoff also flatly denied that another former Move exec had offered him any of Move's trade secrets.
