Nordstrom to cut 350 to 400 positions, mostly in Seattle ​Nordstrom announced Monday it expects to cut 350 to 400 positions by the end of July as it makes changes to its operating model in response to customers' changing needs. 4 months after stepping down from F5, Manny Rivelo lands next CEO job Manny Rivelo was pushed out of his job as CEO at F5 Networks in December. A Texas-based company has announced that Rivelo will now be its chief executive. Juno strengthens overseas position, gets $50M in expansion of Celgene deal Juno is pushing ahead with an effort to get its cancer drug developed and commercialized globally. Celgene will take on that job, paying Juno $50 million in cash for the rights to expand a particular Juno program outside the U.S. Seattle startup heads to Haiti to test UV-driven water purification system PotaVida will conduct a test its water purification bags in Haiti. If the results are good, the small company hopes to add customers more quickly.
