Coders are in demand. So why aren't tech companies hiring code school grads?

Tech companies need more employees to fill their empty positions. But the region's code schools say those same companies won't hire their grads.

The Seattle-based company this week announced plans to create 1,000 new jobs across the United Kingdom. Those jobs are in addition to the 2,500 positions Amazon announced last year that it plans to add there, along with two new fulfillment centers and more data centers.
